Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ansley Jewelry. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders placed with international addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. We will contact you if there is any significant delay.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Address Accuracy
Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Ansley Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier office for assistance.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes.
